The client, designer, engineering supervisor, and construction director are involved in the overall inspection and acceptance of engineering materials, design, and process quality, and sign for confirmation after passing the test.
In recent years, there have been more and more disputes caused by home decoration. In order to satisfy both the decoration company and consumers, consumers must know how to check and accept. Consumers can check whether their home decoration is qualified according to the “Beijing Home Decoration Project Quality Acceptance Regulations” compiled by the Beijing Building Decoration Industry Association.
In addition to appraising the overall effect of decoration, the acceptance mainly depends on whether the quality of handwork is satisfactory. Acceptance can be identified from the following aspects:
(1) The laying of lighting circuits must comply with the regulations. Sockets, lamp switches, main gates, leakage switches, etc. must have a certain height. Kitchens and air conditioners must be laid with dedicated lines. TV antennas and telephone lines must be installed in positions that are convenient for maintenance.
(2) The drainage should be smooth, without leakage, backflow and water accumulation, and the high-grade water parts should have no clamp marks and scratches.
(3) The newly built wall should be vertical, the horizontal plane of the brick body should be consistent, the joints should be even and tidy, the brick joint should not exceed 1mm, and the overall error of the tiles should not exceed 0.8cm.
(4) The overall production error of the flat ceiling does not exceed 0.5, and the gap between the boards does not exceed 0.3mm; the error of the plastic ceiling does not exceed 0.5mm.
(5) It is wood sealing line, corner line, waist line veneer seam not more than 0.2mm, line and thread joint corner seam not more than 0.3mm, veneer and board collision not more than 0.2mm, the error of the whole sliding door not exceed 0.3mm.
(6) The paint should be smooth, feel good, have no sweep marks and cracks, and have no color difference and nail holes within one meter.
(7) The surface of the wall is flat and straight, there is no obvious convexity and color difference within one meter, and it is used for touching and wiping without dust. Construction quality is related to the quality of the construction team; it is also related to the unit price of the construction project. The best way is to sign a contract before the start of construction to clarify the decoration requirements and acceptance criteria.
